Ports are about 10-20cm from farthest part of target anatomy
Ports placed in a line 6-10cm apart
Ports placed at least 2cm from bony parts
Thick line on port should be at fascia
12mm trochar should be used for the stapler
Bringing in robot
Select target anatomy
Select side of patient
Hold deploy arms
Align target with optical port
Docking
Put camera in
Target anatomy
Align with port clutch
Aim with instrument clutch
Burp
Add instruments and instrument clutch
Watch each instrument insertion
Push instrument clutch to hand move camera
May want to use 30up to watch
Now go to surgeon terminal
